These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betili ("betili", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://betili.biz. • Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through betili:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. betili does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where betili's specific game or sport rules provide otherwise.
• betili reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event or market that was suspended or offered in error, including where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error or data feed fault.

betili makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. betili performs scheduled and emergency maintenance as needed and will endeavour to minimise disruption to player activity during these periods.

Nothing in these Terms limits betili's liability for death or personal injury caused by betili's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.

betili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betili will:

• Publish the updated Terms at https://betili.biz/terms-conditions with a revised effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.
• Where reasonably practicable, notify registered players of material changes via email to the address associated with their betili account, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the betili complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
